Dear friends,

This June, we’re throwing a birthday party — and you’re at the heart of it.

For 33 years, ARPF has been championing prevention, hope, research, wellness, and community. When we began, lifestyle-based Alzheimer’s prevention was seen as fringe.

Today, thanks to your steady support, we have successfully placed Alzheimer’s on the map of preventable diseases, and the importance of brain health is being discussed around the world.

Can you believe how far we’ve come?

To celebrate, our birthday gift to you is the release of our 2025 Annual Report. It’s more than numbers on a page — it’s a story of how you helped move research out of journals and into real people’s lives.

Here are a few highlights you made possible in 2025:

  • 50 educational programs: Nearly one per week, bringing the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention® to communities, most of them free so cost is never a barrier.
  • 95% of funds to programs: About 95 cents of every dollar went directly to research, education, and awareness — a level of stewardship we’re very proud to maintain.
  • New published science: Three new peer‑reviewed papers on topics like air pollution and Alzheimer’s risk, and the impact of Kundalini Yoga and Kirtan Kriya on women’s memory and mood.
  • High‑impact partnerships: Our Kirtan Kriya research was featured in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Arnold’s Pump Club, and our multi‑session Wellness Series with Wounded Warrior Project gave 147 veterans and family members practical, non‑drug tools to support their brains.

Every workshop, paper, and new partnership in this report exists because of you. You are the heartbeat of the Alzheimer’s prevention movement.

As we celebrate 33 years, we’re also looking ahead. Your continued support — month after month, year after year — is what will power the next breakthroughs, the next community programs, and the next 33 years of prevention work.

Please take a moment to enjoy your “birthday gift” from us and see what you’ve built:

If this report makes you feel hopeful, I invite you to keep that momentum going by renewing your support or making a special birthday gift to ARPF. Every contribution keeps this movement strong and growing.

Thank you for celebrating with us, for believing in prevention, and for helping us build a brighter future for brain health.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.
