When we began, lifestyle-based Alzheimer\u2019s prevention was seen as fringe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today, thanks to your steady support, we have successfully placed Alzheimer\u2019s on the map of preventable diseases, and the importance of brain health is being discussed around the world.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Can you believe how far we\u2019ve come?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate, our birthday gift to you is the release of our <a href=\"https:\/\/alzheimersprevention.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2025-Annual-Report-v4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2025 Annual Report<\/a>. It\u2019s more than numbers on a page \u2014 it\u2019s a story of how you helped move research out of journals and into real people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few highlights you made possible in 2025:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>50 educational programs:<\/strong> Nearly one per week, bringing the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer\u2019s Prevention\u00ae to communities, most of them free so cost is never a barrier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>95% of funds to programs:<\/strong> About 95 cents of every dollar went directly to research, education, and awareness \u2014 a level of stewardship we\u2019re very proud to maintain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New published science:<\/strong> Three new peer\u2011reviewed papers on topics like air pollution and Alzheimer\u2019s risk, and the impact of Kundalini Yoga and Kirtan Kriya on women\u2019s memory and mood.<\/li>\n<li><strong>High\u2011impact partnerships:<\/strong> Our Kirtan Kriya research was featured in Arnold Schwarzenegger\u2019s <em>Arnold\u2019s Pump Club<\/em>, and our multi\u2011session Wellness Series with Wounded Warrior Project gave 147 veterans and family members practical, non\u2011drug tools to support their brains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every workshop, paper, and new partnership in this report exists because of you. You are the heartbeat of the Alzheimer\u2019s prevention movement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As we celebrate 33 years, we\u2019re also looking ahead.
