It has since expanded to include the Dementia Help website, a digital magazine, free guides and resources, and dementia awareness training for care homes, community groups and local businesses.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessible dementia information<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its accessible information helps carers understand dementia and deal with many of the practical and emotional challenges that can arise as the condition progresses.
