Drawing on ARPF research, she highlighted how the simple, 12\u2011minute Kirtan Kriya practice can boost blood flow to the prefrontal cortex \u2013 the area of the brain involved in focus, decision\u2011making, and creative problem\u2011solving \u2013 and help calm the limbic system, which drives our stress and emotional reactivity. By improving this balance,\u00a0<strong>Kirtan Kriya reduces the stress that blocks inspiration and supports a more natural state of creative flow.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tbf.org\/lab\">Live Arts Boston,<\/a>\u00a0funded by The Boston Foundation and the Barr Foundation,\u00a0is an immersive grant initiative that aims to support artists at any stage of their creative process with a balanced focus on personal and professional development with an integrated approach.
