As part of our Crossing the Line project we developed a series of booklets aimed at family carers providing personal care for people living with dementia. These have proved to be very popular and well-received, and are freely available via the Crossing the Line website. Scarily, they’ve now been out in the wild for nearly two years!
We’re pleased to say that thanks to funding from the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board the whole suite of booklets is also available in Welsh. Each booklet and its equivalent page on the website has a Welsh version that you can access either via the link at the top of each English page, or directly via the information booklets webpage. Hopefully they will be useful and help us reach a wider audience who can benefit from the information they contain.

We would like to thank Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board for their funding and translation services, Merched y Wawr for their contribution and support in translating the booklets, and Dafydd, Karen, Einir, Lia, Delyth and Nia, who reviewed the translations to ensure that the booklets are accessible and easy for everyone to understand.
